अगर आपको लगता हैं की आपके बच्चे में कॉन्फिडेंट की कमी हैं अपने बच्चे के सामने सकारात्मक बात ही करे एवं छोटी बातो पर उसको डाटना नहीं चाहिए। अगर बह कुछ बताना चाहता हैं तो उसकी पूरी बात सुने और उसका जबाब भी देना चाहिए उसको ,उसके दोस्तों के साथ खेलने दे , उससे सबाल जबाब करे उसकी निर्णय लेने की छमता में उसका सहयोग करे हैं।
आज के समय में सभी लोग सरकारी मास्टर को तो कुछ समझते ही नहीं लेकिन हकीकत इसके बिपरीत हैं। और विभागों में आपकी सर्विस लग सकती हैं पर एक टीचर की सर्विस मिलना बहुत मुश्किल है कठिन परिश्रम करके टीचर बनता हैं और लोग उस पर कमेंट्स करते हैं टीचर्स परीक्षा में लाखो लोग एग्जाम देते हैं पर उनमे से कुछ चुनिंदा लोग ही इस काविल होते हैं जो टीचर बन सके और जो लोग इन परीक्षाओ में असफल हो जाते हैं वह प्राइवेट स्कूलों में पढ़ाते हैं और आप और हम अपने बच्चो को उन प्राईवेट स्कूलों में भेजते हैं और वह स्कूल हम से मोटी कमाई करते हैं।
हमे किसी बुराई नहीं करनी चाहिए लेकिन जो टीचर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में जाकर पूरी ईमानदारी से छात्रों को अध्यापन कार्य करा रहा हैं। उसका अपमान भी नहीं करना चाहिए। शायद आप लोग भूल गए होंगे लेकिन मुझे यद हैं की में भी एक ग्रामीण सरकारी स्कूल से निकला हूँ। मेने भी अपना अध्यापन गांव के स्कूल से ही किया हैं। हमारे समय में थोड़ी सुविधाय कम थी पर आज तो सरकार ग्रामीण शिक्षा के क्षेत्रों में बहुत सी सुविधाय उपलब्ध करवा रही हैं।
बर्तमान ग्रामीण शिक्षा में बहुत अंतर आ चुका हैं अब छात्रों को मुफ्त शिक्षा के साथ साथ किताबे ,यूनिफॉर्म ,स्कॉलरशिप ,साईकिल ,लेपटॉप ,आदि बिभिन्न प्रकार की सुविधाएं मिलती हैं।
ग्रामीण शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में आज भी ग्रामीण लोग सहयोग कम ही करते हैं बच्चो को स्कूल भेज कर पालक मजदूरी करने चले जाते हैं अगर शिक्षक को किसी कागज पर साइन करना हो तो पालक का इंतजार में ४-५ दिन लगजाए।
ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में शिक्षा का विस्तार तो हुआ हैं, साथ ही पलकों में जागरूकता भी आई हैं।
